Returns

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. If an error was made on our part, we will gladly replace the item(s). Please check your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately, or within one week (7 days).

Our policy lasts seven (7) days from the time you received the order. If seven days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund request.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and returned to the credit card of your original method of payment.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, contact us on this website (Click Here) and mail the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping of the item back to you if you are attempting to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
