Can I order Custom Pieces?
Yes. Custom orders can be created and designed to your specifications. If you desire to have a custom piece made, contact us online (Click Here) and share your item details.

What is the expected time of delivery for items purchased?
We will make every effort to ship items out within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment and it may take 3 to 5 business days to receive your purchase depending on the destination.
If you require something urgently, please contact us online (Click Here). We will make every effort to attempt and accommodate your request. If a custom order is placed or we have to make a re-orderable item, delivery time will include ordering products, having them delivered from different locations and creating the jewelry requested. Please keep in mind that this process may take a few weeks or less. However, we will advise you of any delays for reasons beyond our control.
Can more that one of the same item be made or purchased?
Yes, but only if that item is a custom order or requested in advance. Remember, we are One of a Kind Precious Jewelry. No duplications unless requested in advance.
Can I order multiple items of the same piece of jewelry?
Yes, but only if the item is ordered in advance.

How do I know the size of my wrist?
Measure your wrist using a flexible tape measure (close to the skin), add approximately one-half inch (0.5”) to this length to determine your bracelet length. Please refer to our Wrist Measuring page online, (Click Here).
