Ryan Peters | Piano & Trumpet

Ryan Peters is a graduate of Wichita State University with a degree in Jazz Studies. As an educator, he has been teaching music privately for over 10 years, having taught students of all ages and ability levels. He has studied under legendary musicians, and has drawn from their collective wisdom to develop his own effective pedagogy.

As an artist, he performs several times a week at venues all over the country, including Arrowhead Stadium for Monday Night Football, Bartle Hall, Kemper Arena, amongst others, frequently being hired to play with great musicians in other parts of the country spanning each coast. Playing with such great players only helps to further his knowledge about the craft of music and how to best apply that to developing students.
