Refunds/Exchanges allowed for cameras returned within 14 days of purchase. Memory card, batteries, chargers, and other accessories must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Special order item sales are considered final and can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Imaging and Printing Orders are non-refundable. All product must be in brand new condition (unused) and returned in its original undamaged manufacturer box/container 100% complete with all related packaging materials and accessories. Heartland Imaging reserves the right to refuse any merchandise if this requirement is not met. In certain cases, additional terms and conditions may apply.
