I have had the pleasure of speaking publicly for almost three decades. My talks are based on my experiences as a father, husband, son, educator, therapist, leader and business owner. I have made over 1850 presentations to more than 1.5 million attendees at local, state, national and international conferences, trade shows and events. I am the eleventh of thirteen children born into an average size Catholic family from northwest Iowa. Missouri has been my home for the past 30 years. I live in northwest Missouri, outside of Kansas City. In my free time, I enjoy reading, biking and hiking with our chocolate lab, Finn.
